These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.matuzflips.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site.

By visiting the Site, using any part of it, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.
1) Definitions
For clarity, the following terms mean:
“Customer,” “you,” “your”: Any person who uses the Site or purchases from us.
“Product”: Any item listed for sale on the Site.
“Order”: A request to purchase a Product through the Site.
“Supplier”: A third-party source we use to obtain Products for fulfillment.
“Fulfillment”: The process of securing the Product, preparing it for shipment, and shipping it to you.
“Business Day”: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
2) What Matuz Flips Is (and How We Operate)
Matuz Flips is a curated selection platform built around intentional choice rather than mass inventory. We present Products that meet internal selection standards focused on usefulness, value, and relevance.
Inventory & sourcing model
Unless explicitly stated on a Product page:
We may not hold large quantities of stock for every Product.
Products may be secured and fulfilled through trusted Suppliers at the time your Order is processed.
Availability can change quickly, and a Product being shown on the Site does not guarantee it can be fulfilled.
This model supports curated selection while avoiding “mass-catalog” behavior.
3) Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Site, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms; and
You agree to be bound by them.
If you use the Site on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind them to these Terms.
4) Changes to the Site or These Terms
We may update the Site, policies, or these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted on the Site.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
5) Privacy
We collect and use personal information (such as your name, email, address, and payment details) to:
process Orders;
provide support;
prevent fraud; and
operate the Site.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

6) Eligibility to Purchase
To place an Order, you must:
be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
be legally able to enter a binding contract; and
provide accurate and complete checkout information.
We may refuse service where permitted by law.
7) Accuracy of Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate information at checkout, including:
shipping address;
billing address (if required); and
contact information.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect information you provide.
8) Product Listings, Descriptions, and Images
We strive to present Products clearly and accurately. However:
Product photos may be representative (especially when fulfilled through Suppliers).
Minor variations in packaging, shade, finish, labeling, or included accessories may occur depending on the Supplier.
Descriptions reflect information available at the time of listing and may be updated.
If a specific detail is essential to you, contact us before ordering.
9) Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
Pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but price changes do not affect Orders that have already been placed and successfully paid.
Errors
If a Product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to error, we may cancel the Order and issue a refund.
Taxes
Sales tax (if applicable) may be calculated and collected at checkout based on your location and applicable law.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.
10) Orders, Payment Authorization, and Order Status
Payment authorization
By submitting an Order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for:
the Product price;
taxes; and
shipping fees (if applicable).
Order confirmation vs. acceptance
An order confirmation message or email means we received your Order request. It does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill it.
When an Order is accepted
An Order is considered accepted when Fulfillment begins, meaning we have taken steps to secure the Product for shipment and/or the Product has shipped.
11) Availability, Sourcing, and Substitutions
Availability
Products are curated and may be sourced through Suppliers. Availability can change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable
If a Product becomes unavailable before Fulfillment:
we will cancel the Order; and
issue a full refund to the original payment method.
No substitutions without approval
We do not substitute a different item, color, version, or comparable product without your approval.
12) Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking
Fulfillment and shipping timelines
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Timeframes may vary due to:
Supplier processing time;
carrier delays;
weather;
holidays; or
other events outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available. In some cases, tracking may update after a delay.
Address responsibility
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an Order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship.
13) Risk of Loss and Title
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Risk of loss transfers to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If a shipment shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us promptly so we can assist with carrier investigation.
This approach is intended to align with consumer expectations and payment dispute standards.
14) Damaged, Wrong, Missing, or Defective Items
If your Order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or materially defective, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
We may request:
photos of the item and packaging;
the shipping label; and
a brief description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide, at our discretion:
a replacement (if available),
a refund (full or partial), or
another reasonable resolution.
15) Returns and Refunds
A) Unavailability refunds
If we cannot fulfill your Order due to unavailability before shipping:
your Order will be canceled; and
you will receive a full refund.
B) Refund timing
When a refund is approved:
we typically process refunds within 5 Business Days; and
your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
C) Buyer’s remorse / discretionary returns
Unless required by law, returns for “changed mind” or buyer’s remorse are not guaranteed and may be handled case-by-case.
If we approve a discretionary return, you may be responsible for:
return shipping; and
ensuring the item is returned in original condition.
D) Non-returnable items
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons. If a Product is non-returnable, it may be noted on the Product page.
16) Order Cancellations (Customer-Initiated)
If you need to cancel an Order, contact us as soon as possible.
Because Fulfillment can begin quickly:
If the Order has not entered Fulfillment, we may cancel it and issue a refund.
If the Order has already shipped or entered Fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.
17) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Many issues can be resolved faster through direct communication.
Unwarranted chargebacks or abusive dispute behavior may result in:
refusal of future Orders; or
restriction from purchasing on the Site.
Nothing in this section limits your legal rights as a consumer.
18) Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons
We may offer promotions from time to time. Unless stated otherwise:
promotions cannot be combined;
promotions may be modified or ended at any time; and
promotions apply only during the stated period and while applicable Products remain available.
19) Website Availability and Technical Issues
We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Site may be unavailable due to:
maintenance;
hosting issues;
third-party outages; or
other technical causes.
We are not liable for losses caused solely by Site downtime.
20) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited.
This does not affect warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
21) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Matuz Flips will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to an Order or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
22) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matuz Flips from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
your unlawful use of the Site;
your violation of these Terms; or
your fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of Products.
23) Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, layout, branding, logos, and graphics, is owned by Matuz Flips or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
24) User Content (Reviews, Messages, Submissions)
If you submit content (e.g., reviews, messages, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for business purposes, including marketing—unless you request removal and removal is reasonably possible.
You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
25) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
use the Site for unlawful purposes;
attempt unauthorized access to Site systems;
interfere with Site operation;
scrape or harvest data without permission;
submit false or fraudulent Orders; or
abuse refund, return, or dispute processes.
We may restrict or block access for violations.
26) Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics, hosting).
We are not responsible for third-party policies, content, or actions.
27) Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:
natural disasters,
carrier disruptions,
supplier interruptions,
war, strikes, or civil unrest,
power or internet outages,
governmental actions.
28) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law.
You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
29) Dispute Resolution (Informal First)
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication.
30) Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
31) Entire Agreement
These Terms (and any posted policies referenced) constitute the entire agreement between you and Matuz Flips regarding your use of the Site and purchases made through it.
